Project Management and Implementation

• Develop, supervise, and continuously improve the WMAD academic plan and curriculum in collaboration with Simplon and internal departments.
• Monitor and control the project’s budget, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal and donor requirements.
• Ensure alignment between the training program and the job market needs.
• Coordinate the implementation of key activities such as student recruitment, company events, student evaluations, and internships (in collaboration with Student’s Placement department).
• Ensure timely communication with all project stakeholders including Simplon and internal departments
• Work closely with the local team of trainers and the future training team leader to build autonomy and ensure the long-term sustainability of the program in the absence of a Project Manager

Quality Assurance and Academic Planning

• Ensure the pedagogical coherence and quality of the curriculum.
• Regularly review and improve the academic plan and project-based & active learning methodology.
• Monitor the performance of students and trainers.
• Contribute to the implementation of soft skills and English training aligned with the program's goals.

Project impact measurement

• Responsible for monitoring data collection for results tracking by defining the data collection process.
• Responsible to track, measure and refine performance of  KPIs
• Be the key point of contact to communicate results of the project to Dean of the School of Business and to Project Team regularly, based on defined KPIs. 

• Responsible to build reports for the donors respecting deadlines, in collaboration with Project Team and in line with the donors’ expectations.

Digital actors’ relationship management

• Consolidate and expand the network of partner companies and digital actors.
• Oversee activities with companies such as workshops, career talks, internship placement, and job matching.
• Promote the WMAD training within Cambodia’s digital ecosystem and represent PSE in relevant events.
• Develop and execute a recruitment and engagement plan with local companies.
